Year 2008
The Chester County Astronomical Society had an exciting year of observations and public outreach in 2008.

Annual Holiday Party This year CCAS members gathered at the Landmark Americana Restaurant & Bar to celebrate the holidays and the end of a rewarding year.

Nights Out CCAS hosted Nights Out at Anson Nixon Park in Kennett Square and at Hoopes Park in West Chester. The Night Out at Hoopes Park was held on National Astronomy Day in conjunction with the West Chester Borough Dept. of Recreation.

Awards & Recognition Several CCAS members earned Astronomical League observing awards in 2008.
